Hello guys Ive been pretty nervous about some issues and hope the experience you guys have will help me .
A year ago it started with neck stiffness and discomfort . sense of dizziness but not fully ,
months of twitching on calf , arms , buttocks , stomach , face , not constant just do happen daily .
thump would sometimes twitch and shake
jaw discomfort feels like its heavy and have the sensation that my jaw opens by itself at night
feel bubbly on mouth .
eye twitching
does this sound like bulbar onset als ?

Nope. See a doctor as what you describe might relate to very treatable conditions like ENT infections, TMJ dysfunction, electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, etc.
