Do I have ALS

Hi, I am 53 years old male. About 2 month ago i have started Twitching on my body. Now last week I had EMG and NCS for my both hands, and all clear. But I am worried about my twitching and feeling tiredness on my leg and arms. Few days ago I had sudden TMJ pain on my Jaw, its get better now after taking medication but still hear Jaw sound in my ear. Also, have some swallowing sound when try to swallow my saliva but have no difficulty swallowing drink or food. Do I have symptom of ALS or I can trust EMG test for my both hands. Thanks!

You can trust the EMG. Most often, the sounds are sinus inflammation/allergies as are common now. Consider a nasal steroid, oral antihistamine, keeping hydration up, and seeing a doc if pain continues. Your dentist can provide you with a night guard if you're grinding teeth in your sleep.
