Difference in "laboratory research only" products and products for comercial use

since i am "not eligible" even to live, i guess that I AM eligible to chose how to die and how to spend my money.

trial is on: ibudilast as a add-on to rilutek, double-blind, blahblah...
decided to do it my way, but before that, many people knows more.
i can not find ibudilast, except on indiamart. price there is...khm... 200 eur/month, dose 2 x 30 mg/day.

i found on IRC.bio ibudilast significally cheaper,
BUT
there's legal disclaimer which says:

"The products we offer are intended for laboratory research use only.
Please familiarize yourself with our Terms & Conditions prior to ordering."

what actualy differ comercial product and "product for laboratory research only"

purity is 99%. is comercial product mixed with puffers, CaCo3 or so?
i intend to buy solution in peg-400 vs powder which is complicate to apply (special scale etc).
Comments?

Commercial products' labeling will include excipients, preservatives, all inactive ingredients.
