I am wondering if anyone has tried either Dalfampridin or Kepra. I have heard mixed reviews about both of them. There is an ongoing study for Dalfampridin in PLS. I think both are off label right now for PLS.

I tried Baclofen but it made my walking worse. I am currently on Tizanidine. It helps but is difficult to take during the day because it causes tiredness.

I've seen a few people report improvements and others not, or who have found the side effects are too much (mood stuff- irritability). I hope there is someone on the forum who might have first hand knowledge of it and who can provide some feedback for you.

I know that there is a Facebook group that raves about it. Search "Keppra Club for PLSers" on Facebook.

My understanding is that it is good for cramping. Since I don't have much cramping, I haven't tried it.
