Could this be Bulbar als

I am a 25 year old African American female for the last six months I have been experiencing muscle fasciculation’s, perceived weakness, memory loss and slurred speech . I got an emg done today on my right upper and lower arm my thigh and my foot but I did not get get tested in my bulbar region . Is it possible that I can have bulbar als without knowing since my bulbar region wasn’t tested ?

In ALS, by the time you have problems in one area, damage can be seen in others on the EMG, especially the way you describe your issues.
