Hello there thanks alot for this froum
my name is kim
age 30
, I would like to ask you .. A few days ago, a felt twitching in my back muscel than it appeared in my feet in the next day... and then the feet together The twitch appears and disappears in different areas of my body.now they are in both legs i can see small twitchs i want to Dr and did phiscl test she said i dont have any muscel weakness i did some blood test
cpk.vs.ldh vtims..etc
all of them great.. i only have very low vitamine d..

my Q is can low vitamin d do this .?
and can ALS start with muscel twitching in both legs ... thnx again 🙏

Yes, Vitamin D deficiency can cause twitching. If you don't have any muscle problems other than twitching, there is no reason to think of ALS. But you will want to correct the deficiency and work with your doctor to determine the cause, if it is severe.
