Could someone take a look at my NCS and EMG results?

I was told everything was normal but upon actually taking a look at the data I have increased amplitudes in my APB-Wrist and Elbow-Wrist in my left hand/arm over my right hand/arm in the nerve conduction studies.

These results are from June 2024. I have atrophy in my left hand (particularly the FDI muscle) and arm which I noticed in October 2024. I’ve also had body-wide fasciculations since April 2024.

The NCS does not relate to ALS, but may suggest other conditions. That is a matter for your neurologist. Differences in conduction between your two wrists suggests possible overuse injury -- attention to your position and taking breaks when gaming, typing, texting, etc. Or resting on your arm at certain times.

The EMG does not suggest ALS, and would be the test to do so. Localized atrophy is very common though you do not say whether a physician has actually noted it clinically, and body-wide fascics argue as strongly against ALS as your EMG.
