Hi
I started to have fasciculations two/three weeks ago. They are not constant. At the begginnig it was just left leg ( front of the thig ) but I start to feel ( and see ) them in other places recently. Before that I had my lower eyelid twiching for a couple of weeks but it suddenly stopped. I've also had tinnitus for a couple of months. What worries me is weaknes. I'm a guitarist and recently I feel like I can't play some stuff I used to play without problems. I feel like i lost dexterity in my hands ( right mainly ) and I have funny feeling in both thumbs. I also experience tingling and weakness in both legs and for last few days heavy tiredness in general. All is very new to me as I have never experienced those symptoms before. I'm 33 yrs old.

( Btw sorry for my english, i'm not a native speaker so if something is not fully understable just ask )

Thanks.

I would see a GP, as what you describe seems most likely systemic, such as a virus, if anything. I see no reason to worry about ALS.

Best,
Laurie

You don't tell us what your doctor said about this after a full examination?
Seeing a doctor who speaks your language is what you need to do.
Twitching means nothing.
