Concerned these changed to my 2nd EMG could be the beginning of ALS?? 7 months of symptoms.

As I told you privately this is still a completely normal emg. The ncs showed a mild common elbow issue on the right. Do you lean on ot ever?

This has zero to do with ALS The summary clearly says no evidence for motor neuron disease. As I told you last time you are good to go

Ok, thank you very much for your response. I was just worried with the new findings, and unsure if things like these develop further into ALS? But it seems to not be the case from what I am hearing. I don’t remember doing anything to my elbow.

It is a nerve issue not a motor neuron issue. Unrelated. Like asking if your sprained ankle could turn into a sinus infection

You don't have to remember doing anything to your elbow to see a damaged ulnar area nerve. It is very common since many people do too much texting, keyboarding, holding a child against their forearm, gaming, writing, sewing, etc. or do it without proper support. You can be resting your arm on the steering wheel or the chair arm or leaning against it on the couch -- so many things.

Zero relationship with ALS.

Thank you!! That makes total sense. So with these last two emgs coming out the way they have in the lad 7 months, I can be assured what is going on with me is not ALS?
Thank you!!

Yes. As we have said repeatedly good to go. Closing thread No more posting
