We also ask that people visit with their doctors first, as a clinical exam can provide you with reassurance and in-person feedback by a medical professional about things like tightness and tingling. Jumping to ALS because of tightness and tingling is quite a leap.
It's been 7 years since your last post and back then, you were worried about your arm. Similarly, your leg symptoms today do not say ALS. Any further queries about soreness should be brought to your doctor or PT.
