Ignore if you must. I know you guys receive a lot of these and you guys obviously cannot diagnose me, I'm just concerned. For the past few weeks I've been noticing something with my voice. It's getting harder to yell and sing. I've also been having this constant feeling of something caught in my throat and been constantly clearing my throat. thought maybe it was allergies or cold but it hasn't gone away. It's worse at different points in the day. and the strangest thing I've been noticing is visible twitching mainly on my left upper arm towards shoulder but also in my right upper arm. Usually when it's at rest and it looks like something jumping. I've had twitching of my eye and leg as well but mostly left arm.Worried about bulbar. Think I should schedule neurologist appt.

Start with a doctor. They can actually have a look and see what you're talking about.

Would you go to a brain cancer forum if you had a headache?

And by "start with a doctor," we mean a primary care physician as most problems that someone has are not neurological.
