You are assuming it fully enrolled at start date. That virtually never happens.( The only trial I know where that happened is the c9 antisense because so many wanted the very few slots . ) After the last person is dosed and followed it is usually several months before the data are fully analyzed and reported but it may not be finished yet.

The second link is from 1999. different study the first is 2011. Ditto

ongoing not recruiting means the study isn’t done but they aren’t taking more patients so presumably full. It might have just finished and not updated.

Italian article from 2006, named "A pilot trial with clenbuterol in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis" which concludes "significantly improving"
vs German article from 1999 "No indication for a positive effect" - is non-sense. german article is hard to get, so no info are available (no. participants, what exactly was measured, etcetc).
what makes badlack to repeat it? um... he didnt see a german trial? aha.
als in 1999 was the same like 2006 and today.
