CLEAN EMG AND ALS LATER ON?

Hi, do some of you got à clean EMG first and later, month or years develop ALS? I had 2 EMG last 6 month, clean but fasic but i still have slowly progressive atrophy of the left hand and both feet, a dent in the shoulder and non-stop twitch on the feet and calf. The neuro still dont know for now, and i know if i dont have real clinical weakness whit clean Emg i dont have To worry. But my question still.

As we discussed in your previous thread, you’ve been cleared of ALS. You’re not likely to suddenly get it in the future. The rare person that has twitching as their initial symptom of ALS will have changes on their EMG very early on and will have detectable weakness and/ or abnormal reflexes on neurological exam. People just don’t develop ALS from twitching and a completely clean EMG and unremarkable neuro exam.

I saw just curious about or anybody have à clean one and after à dirty one as the desase progress. I saw not clean from ALS by my neuro and my neuromuscular specialist, they just wait To see whats gonna happen. And my first symptome was muscle wasting around the thumb.
