Chronic Denervation in both legs? Neurgenic Signs?

Can you guys please help explain this EMG. I really do not understand what they mean by Neurogenic signs that are suspicious. I have chronic Denervation in both legs. I’m very scared. My EMG was done after 3 months of symptoms, I’m getting worse and my next EMG is in another 3 months. My weakness is spreading. The Bulbar muscles were not tested but I have bulbar symptoms. But just my left leg, right and left arm. How scary is it to read chronic Denervation on these reports? My neurologist doesn’t follow up with my questions because she’s attached to like 4 different hospitals.

Your EMG says "no evidence of MND". When it comes to an ALS forum, that's all you need to know. When it comes to what your issues are, that's to be followed by the suggestion of your doctor. Why are you asking on an ALS forum? Was the EMG performed and they just sent you on your way with absolutely no explanation? That would be very careless of them as medical professionals.

I had to obtain the results on my own, the Neuro called me and didn’t explain hardly anything. She wants me to follow up in April but I’m getting worse. I got literally 10 mins of her time and she mentioned a possible test for Kennedy’s Disease but that’s all she said. How bad is chronic Denervation? Neurogenic signs in both legs. Twitching in face, tongue and back. Constant twitching in both calf’s

I’m sorry for being selfish and asking you care takers of ALS persons to answer my ALS fears. I’ve felt like I’ve had it for a while now. I will make a donation to this forum.
