Oldgeek. Welcome to the forum. I would suggest the moderators move your post to a new thread with related topic. This thread is related to working with caregivers for PALS. I fear your post will be lost in this thread.
Take care.

Baby Monitorr, (Source: Amazon) "Hello Baby" multiple units can be used with one monitor which is rechargeable and has a clip and that clip is also ised as a stand. It is night vision and sound capable - you can even talk to the patient (like in using a two way radio). The range is probably between 80 and 100 feet.

We are using a Panasonuc Unit.
Panasonic Baby Monitor with Camera and Audio, 3.5” Color Video Baby Monitor, Extra Long Range, Secure Connection, 2-Way Talk, Soothing Sounds, Remote Pan, Tilt, Zoom,1 Camera, KX-HN4001W (White/Black) $150 on Amazon.

We returned a less expensive Monitor that did not have enough functions.

At $35 per hour this $150 monitor eliminated the need for an overnight person....who called me when Tom needed help. I am a light sleeper the Monitor will wake me up. His coughing will wake me.
