i am trying to gather all fingers on my right hand, can not do that while they are outstreched. all fingers tremble. just pinki and ring finger can touch each other.
but i can make a fist and gather them when they are curled.
left hand is ok.
whole right side is problematic. hand, leg, foot...

actually i, forgot to ask: this problem occures for more than decade. is it anyhow als connected?

If it's been happening for a decade, it's unlikely to be ALS-related.

problem is that my right side started to be weaker at that time. more, more&more. i'm convinced that it is somehow connected.

Technically speaking, nothing in that time frame, ten years would be connected with ALS you were diagnosed with in 2017.

Neurological conditions are however all somewhat mysterious and I don't think anything could be completely ruled out.

At one point during my diagnostic journey, one ALS specialist said he believed that some cases of ALS progress over many years but there is a point where it "reveals" itself. He said this is not true of FALS but in SALS he has seen very unusual histories of neurological issues that were either ignored or treated without much success. Maybe not so much cause and effect but present none the less.

OR....it could be something totally unrelated and not of any neurological origin....like the herniated discs in my neck.

@kim i thought that all consequences of my bad car accident (coma, blindness, speechless, right side palsy, etc...) for some reasons are comming back slowly. brain is plastic. centers dammaged in car accidents were overtaken by other centers in brain, so i thought that they are simply stopping to work. i feel same like after car accident now. maybe it is just similar, maybe it is not. brain will always remain mistery...

Very interesting. I was also in a very bad car accident and I have moderate to severe pain daily. I actually feel like I did after the car accident. I also had a TBI from a fall while running in 2013 and, I believe, that is what triggered ALS. The car accident was in 2000.

my als started with all symptoms of tbi:
Common Symptoms of Mild TBI, except headaches. never had it.

Fatigue
Headaches
Visual disturbances
Memory loss
Poor attention/concentration
Sleep disturbances
Dizziness/loss of balance
Irritability-emotional disturbances
Feelings of depression
Seizures
