I thought I'd share our experience so you can be proactive with your PALS. My husband has developed thousands of tiny ingrown hairs on the backs of his legs from friction while sitting in his wheelchair. I scrub him with almond scrub and use Amylactin on him. I also used tweezers to coax some out from under his skin. This was a pretty painful side effect for him. Carry on, strong people!

Ingrown hairs are awful, I've had one or two.
Luckily my PALS was not a very hairy person so we didn't have issues, but for some it will need vigilance.

For some reason, it made me laugh that he "wasn't a very hairy person." Thank you for that!

a laugh is good - I'm of mixed bag descent being an aussie, and I show most of the scottish bloodlines, so I know about hair ... :p
