If you worked in the State of California for any length of time, got a regular paycheck, have documentation supporting your diagnosis, then you are eligible for benefits ! I was recently approved and am thrilled with the money I am getting. You are supposed to file within 49 days from the date of your disability, but you can write a letter explaining why you did not file in time. I did so and was approved, yeah !
