Wish I could take it along like a bar of chocolate. 😁
You can actually get chocolate bars with CBD in them, but it’s probably not as concentrated as buying a bottle of it.

I was thinking of that too! Prob. still risky to travel with them. In US too - I think - as federal laws are different from State laws. On international travel I often get nervous when I wait for my luggage and the agent is walking around w. their dog (s) even knowing I don't have anything that would be a problem.

True. I forgot about those dogs!

Singapore is definitely not a place to take chances! Kind thought though

Thanks for your offer thought :)
I would not recommend as SG law is against and they have very strict policy on drugs and they consider CBD is drugs. I did all my research.

Wishing you much luck finding a solution. My pals did it without the oils or creams as they are not legal here either - at least the better things...though I am not well informed. Many physicians here wish they were legal.

Would you mind sharing what did he do as an alternative?

One of the neurologists whom I visited after I was first diagnosed (second or third opinion) said he would get cannabis any way he could if he were diagnosed with ALS. He is a motor neuron specialist at an ALS clinic and believes it's both effective for symptoms and neuro-protective.

Isn't it troubling that a plant is outlawed in some countries and states when I can get an Rx for Oxy with no trouble.

Kim, very much agree.

He had morphine for shortness of breath and lorazepam for anxiety. Palliative care would have written the prescription but then he went on hospice and got it from them. They would have prescribed other things too had he asked for them. We did the ROLM exercises somewhat regularly. Long shower in the morning w massage as long as he had not gotten too weak to endure it. No riluzole in the last months. AFO rather early on, all day long until he could walk no more. It was very helpful.
For some reason he never got the cramps... not even muscle pain when he became severely dehydrated. I do not know how much his medication had to do w it. I saw quite some twitching but he never complained.

Thanks all

@kim why did your neuro suggest you "at least 40mg"? how he knows what 40mg does, and what 30mg - doesnt?lucky girl! you know neuros who tell about cannabis everything in superlative. i dont know such a guys.
2 weeks ago i added thc (50+mg) to my daily dose of cbd.
i tried CW but their tinctures available were app 16,66 per ml so i chose lazarus. read reviews and they are ok. cheapest also. one of the rare suppliers who have cbd in tincture more than declared. 80% sellers have less cbd than they declare. i am writting about usa.

Because he worked in a legal state for six years before coming to Florida and he certified in both neurology and pain management. He has had tons of experience. He said it has been a miracle for MS and epilepsy patients.

Jethro, I think the proper dose is highly dependent on weight and other factors. My doctor did a drug DNA test to determine which drugs I metabolized fast, which slow, etc. It also showed which drugs were more effective for my symptoms. For example, Oxy will work for me in very small doses whereas Tramadol will be ineffective and more prone to cause side effects because I would need a larger dose.
