Bulbar ALS symptoms?

Can symptoms come and go or get worse later in the day? What does tongue atrophy look like/ feel like?

I think our posters are following the "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" adage. It is a good one.

Has your situation substantially changed since you posted last?

my tongue touches weird places in my mouth or just feels a little bigger/different when I talk. no one seems to notice but me. my throat tightness comes and goes during the day, but hasn't changed substantially since this started 5-6 weeks ago....tongue thing started 3-4 weeks ago

by the way, my tongue is still very strong and I can move it back and forth without a problem. tenting my cheeks is also easy to do

No, ALS symptoms come and get progressively worse until death. You don't have ALS.

If it were ALS, your symptoms would NEVER improve. The would get progressively and constantly worse and and worse until you die.
Therefore, what you are saying points well away from ALS.
