Support meeting
Sorry Al, missed it. Haven't posted for a bit but do read everything. Also went on the ALS New Brunswick since at lot of the ALS in our family is there. Another cousin is very active with the ALS Support, Dianne O'Neil, her father died of ALS just before my mom was dzs. On their website they do mention Dr Guy Rouleau who is doing the family study and also Dr Michael Strong from London. Also my aunt died in 1955 from ALS. I remember as a child of 5 seeing her and asking what is wrong with her. She was totally paralized. My aunt was Dianne O'Neil's grandmother. So I am mentioning all this so that you know that there is lots of activity for ALS research and awareness going on in NB. Thought maybe someone would like to check it out thru the ALS Canada. I mentioned to Dianne when I spoke to her about this forum so she may just come aboard.
