I also followed up on the latest stem cell work at u of m yesterday and it may be promising but it is also a one-way street for the immune system :-(. too big a risk.

REALLY? The alternative is death, not doing it is an even bigger risk.

I just think we need to be careful. I wouldn't be to keen on going out of the country. I'm counting on a slow progression to that alternative of death.

I was searching on these stem cells last night and saw that UCSF has a stem cell lab. I was hoping to find something on the west coast, anybody hear any rumors they may get into any testing?

The UCSF studies are using embryonic stem cells. I can't go there.
