It’s over 12 months since I first suspected ALS and went down a google rabbit hole. It’s 8 months since I went to my first Neuro appointment and 2 months since my 2nd visit. Both times I sailed through the clinical. I have thought about ALS every single day for 12 months and in the past 2 months my arm has felt very weak. Things just feel heavier and it’s achy and crampy. The cramp got so bad last week I could barely straighten my arm. I still have twitches everywhere - calves 24/7, thigh, arm, insteps of feet. I am utterly convinced I have ALS.

You ask no question here. We can only say AGAIN go back and see the doctor. The vast majority of people here who insist they know they have ALS don’t. Even more so when they have been cleared by a neurologist.
I am sorry we don’t have the resources to support you. Please visit your gp for support. I am closing this thread. Please no more posting unless you are reporting some kind of diagnosis
