has anyone tried (extremely dangerous and not recommended) - fasting to induce autophagy? there are some bulky protein aggregates which cannot be decomposed easily, so autophagy is considered as a "non-working&depleted" in als. what autophagy can't, half-life can (some aggregates need a longer period to decompose). time and autophagy due to my mid_to_slow proggression work well for me. anybody else?
