Dr at ALS clinic explained that a "tightness" in voice was upper motor neuron while slurring is lower MN, she tested reflexes and though my hand barely wiggled she said that was UMN.
I don't have tightness in my leg muscles but right leg is somewhat stiff and again...UMN
