are these ALS symptoms?

oK, im a 27 yr old guy who also has moebius syndrome neurological disorder which is characterized by facial paralysis and the inability to move the eyes from side to side. you can check more here. about 2 weeks ago i was having breakfast and i felt like electricity that went form my head to my spne, 2 days later i went for a pizza then i noticed my right armn was getting tired of carrying it and it want heavy at all, 2 weeks has passed and my arm is getting weaker i still can lift it and grab things but also have twitching all around my body , i already scheduled an appointment with a neurologist, im scared this will be ALS, im just angry how lfe is i have this syndrome that ive been dealing with all my life and suddenly even something worst appears

wait patiently, see the neurologist and then accept what you are told.

stay off the net, especially here in the meantime.

what you have described doesn't sound at all like ALS, so don't push yourself in that direction.
