Doctor confirmed I do have ALS. He said it's more core muscles like ab's , diaphram, chest and maybe some neck muscles showing weakness. My first symptoms were almost two years ago now. So he said it appears to be slowly progressing and to eat and keep doing my exercises. Not the news i wanted to hear but it is somewhat of a relief to have a definite answer. Take care.
Oh Tim, We are so sorry to hear of your diagnosis. Your strength and exercises are keeping you going as well as you can. Stay strong! We went to clinic yesterday too. Husband's FVC is now 47, down from 53 in early July. We keep on, as you and all others do. Prayers and best wishes to you. Keep posting! Chrismarie
