My PALS today is the perfect poster boy for "Man Flu". In addition to the usual mucus and phlegm he has the beginning of a cold. He moves from bed, to his desk, to the table all the while moaning and complaining about how bad he feels (though I have encouraged him to rake something hours ago). I keep myself busy close by making a birthday cake for myself for tomorrow. My gift from him, another day to love him, hug him, and be with him. He has finally taken some medicine and I have tucked him back in bed.

Keep an eye on him Katie, colds and flu are more serious if there are any breathing issues.
