I just wanted to pass the information along of an amazing home health aid who helped my father and our family while we were battling with ALS. He is one of the most kindest, compassionate, and caring individuals. He helped my father during the hardest time and I cannot refer someone more highly than Jay. He has many years of experience working with ALS patients and understand this disease very well. He is a private home health aid and is not associated with any companies or organizations.
