The ALS Society of Canada has asked us to participate in a survey to review their ALS411 website (made for children and teens).

The website is available here: www.als411.ca

Here's the information about the survey purpose:

For any family with kids (aged 13-25) with a parent living with ALS, we have an opportunity for your children to help the ALS Society of Canada evaluate its “als411” web site for teens and young adults. Even kids as young as 10 may want to visit the site and participate.

Here’s the deal: tell teens and young adults to go to www.als411.ca, enter the “teen site,” visit and review the various areas of the site, and then complete a 5 minute on-line questionnaire.

Those who complete the questionnaire will be eligible to win an Apple 4G iPod Nano!

This on-line survey will run until April 3, 2009, so please get any kids you know with a parent with ALS involved now.

The Society wants to make this as valuable a resource as possible. Input from the young people it’s meant for is what we need to make this happen!

Thanks in advance for your help.
