Hello.

I have been dealing with a lot lately. Weekness, and alot of pain.

I had a EMG 60 days ago wich showed notthing. "On my right side where I had the most problem"
Clear exam and so on.

I have alot of Pain in my right side of body, and some in my left. My neck, back and hip, and can go down to my foot.

I just had a MRI but no doctor has time to call me or look at it in the next 7 days.

MRI:

Indication
Diffuse sensory symptoms in the back, in the extremities, intermittent fasciculations and subjective weakness in the extremities primarily on the right side. Feeling tired in the hands and intermittent sensory disturbances in the right side of the face.

MR scan of the columna totalis
Th11/12 is seen with slight disc degeneration and small median disc herniation with contact with the medulla, otherwise normal space conditions at this level.
Anomaly at level L4/5 with what appears to be fusion of the spinous process towards the right or thickening of the right lamina and facet joint irregularity on the right side, arcolysis cannot be ruled out. The changes have no effect on the space conditions at the level, no prolapse is seen and there is normal space both centrally and in both foraminae.

what are your toughts on the MRI?

Think a translation issue. Arcolysis is a foot finding.

However your symptoms and emg say clearly no ALS and the mri of your back apparently shows some issues that may explain your symptoms

I think there is a translation issue with the word "arcolysis" wich is Arkolyse in Denmark, and google says this :

Arcolysis is a defect in the bony connection between the facet joint and vertebra. It is a common phenomenon (seen in 35% of Eskimos and in 5% of the adult Danish population) and in itself is not necessarily associated with pain, but the risk of back pain is increased with this condition.

However my main focus is not on this.
Is more the small median disc herniation with contact with the medulla, and Anomaly at level L4/5 with what appears to be fusion of the spinous process towards the right or thickening of the right lamina + facet joint irregularity on the right side.

Do we see this kind of problems in ALS on MRI?

What you define is spondylolosis here.

Anyway, no those other mri findings have nothing to do with ALS

Okay.

My right side is so weak, and hurt more often than not.
I tried go to the fitness yesterday. I can still do the normal lifts, but it feels really hard on the body.

And my right leg give really fast up on the byclycle at 21 km/h. I can feel it after 2 mins in the leg, but can do up to 7 mins. My left leg feel fine.

But the problem is, in the next day after I did go to fitness. My body is done, and tried. and I feel extreme week in my right side... "all day"
My muscle get tried ALOT easier than normal, but can still lift the same. But the "tried and weakness" feel out of place. most in right left and foot.

Im on Malfine Depot 5MG for the pain everyday.

Sorry for wirte again, this to my post as I forgot to add it on.

I also have a weird sensation in my right side of the side, like it tinglging or something.

Both my arms and hands are tried aswell, and small pain in my hands.

Pain, feeling weak but able to lift doesn’t sound like als. I have no pain, I don’t feel weak but I couldn’t lift any weight even once

hmm okay...

I just have ALOT of pain in my back, hip and neck, it get worse and worse day by day...

as it the same time my right leg is weak... just general my body is tried...

No one is denying you have symptoms causing you difficulty What we are saying is those symptoms are not indicative of ALS. Please work with your doctor and ask what might be wrong. Do not chase ALS as that will delay getting the right answers
