I am a 62yr old male. A few months ago I experienced hand tremors difficulties writing and speech issues. My doctor referred me for a brain MRI which was clear.
Since then the symptoms have worsened with muscle wasting in hands/ forearms breathlessness and twitching also. I am too scared to go back to doctor

I am sorry you are not willing to go back to the doctor Unfortunately there isn’t much we can say. If you have new symptoms that worry you you need a doctor to evaluate you. Breathing difficulties especially need to be looked at and of course could have many causes

A quick update.
I made a GP appt for next week
Breathlessness has ceased and was able to do a brisk 20 mins walk.
I should add that I had end stage liver failue which I somehow survived. Transplantation not required and have been teetotal since yesterday
That just leaves hand atrophy (my diagnosis) left arm weakness and speech.

I can do all daily tasks with the affected left arm/hand but it just take longer (alough my writing is poor)

Speech problems are intermittent and seem to be when I'm fatigued.
I did read your "read before posting" section and can thankfully still walk on my tiptoes.
Will keep you posted

Sorry teetotal since then (typo)

Kudos on your commitment to your health!
