Hi,
I don't have MS but I did read Dr. Terry Wahls' book which outlines her diet plan. I felt better on it. She had progressive MS and it helped her a great deal. Even though they are two different diseases, I believe her research and resulting conclusions might help you. There are a lot of autoimmune diseases in my family and that might be why I felt better. I have Hashimoto's, too.
I'm sorry you found yourself here. This is a good forum with lots of kind and helpful people.
Did you get a second opinion on the ALS? That's always wise since MS and ALS have lots of similar symptoms, especially progressive MS.
