ALS fasciculations

Hey everyone.
Do fasciculations in ALS stop and come back once it has started?
Been having sore legs for months and twitching that come and go. Right now pain and twitching in thighs when I ly down and rest.

It doesn't sound like you have read this link yet: Read Before Posting. It explains why twitching absent clinical weakness could mean many things, but not ALS. If you have health concerns, start with your doctor for an exam. Dr Google is not a good replacement.
