Hello. I'm female and in my 30s. I have been having shortness of breath for the past few days, even from just chewing food I find I have to take a deeper breath. My voice changes when speaking like it will just cut out and sometimes sounds thick where I have to clear it out. When trying to fall asleep it feels like my breathing stops and it prevents me from going to sleep. This started with the breathing issues. I had an EMG few years ago and told I had bfs. I twitch everyday and my worry from these symptoms have made them much worse. I'm terrified it could be bulbar or respiratory onset. The breathing is what worries me the most. Does this sound like early onset? God bless and thank you for your time

I would suggest you see a doctor asap as this is probably quite treatable caught early.
The likelihood of being ALS is pretty much zero, so just go see a doctor please.
