Hello everyone, in the last 3 months I have been getting in my legs pinches like pins and needles, burning, i don't know if it is tingling and sometime in my hands, lately I also noticed that when I raise my hands or when I carry something heavy my shoulders feel tired, I am so worried, I hope for a reply, ty in advance,
