Hi, I would like to tell you about a symptom that I have had for a few months now.

I have noticed my tongue doing a single contraction.

I performed a brain MRI which showed nothing.

could it be a first symptom?
Here is the video of my tongue twitch.

Specific:

- every time it is single.

- during the day it can happen that it happens as well as that it doesn't happen (maybe I don't notice it sometimes)

- sometimes I can provoke it (like pressing the tongue on the upper palate)

- the symptom of contraction is localized only and exclusively in that point

- I speak of contraction because it does not like fasciculations but it is only a single contraction

- the tongue from the contraction as seen then relaxes after a second

- if the contraction occurs while I am speaking obviously I am wrong to pronounce

- the symptom has been present for a few months which I do not know how to quantify. they can be 4 like 3 like 5.

thank you all and sorry for my english but i am italian

how can i upload the video? it only lasts 3 seconds and you can clearly see what happens

Tongue twitches are meaningless. See a doctor and let then examine you. I removed your pictures as many here find them distressing and they are completely unhelpful. Please do not post video. show it to your doctor

is there any possibility that it is an onset of bulbar sla?

tnx

No, it's not
