Wouldn't it be remakable if more than one group of specialists presented us with THE Real cure for ALS within the same week?
What a glorious time in History that would make!
If one specialist came up with the REAL CURE for ALS around the same time, we would have the same celebration, all over our world, wouldn't we? It is time to lift our spirit, strength, hope, peace or whatever we call it and be happy and spread our joy.

Thank you from Stella

According to the law of average...

Hello Guest,

I
Thank you for this reply. I am new at this and I hope I chose The correct words. Yes , the law of average is one of the statements that help give me hope. Hope is extremely important, especially in regards to life and death.

Sincerely

There is no law of averages.

About a cure: If someone offered me a cure I would reject it. A cure means restoration to health without removing or changing causes. I look for causes. Cures are for quacks. There are two kinds of quacks: orthodox and alternative.

... and there's no easter bunny either but many people with ALS find the will to fight hoping that a cure can be found in their abbreviated lifetime. Somehow, somewhere this will happen... the sooner the better!

Better than hope that for a cure (which is a false idea anyway) in the future is knowledge of causes right now. Stop the causes of motor neuron death, motor neurons stop dying. It's that simple at least in principle.

Better than hope is knowledge.
