A question for PALS

Unfortunately, in the US it does come down to financial means and/or support from many friends and family. I've seen many PALS lead highly productive lives who have been vented and totally paralyzed. They are also happy and feel blessed.

If it were not for ALS, I would never have met a number of wonderful people. Plus, who else gets their morning coffee served to bed every day? Still too busy to get bored.
