A good read if you are scared

I hope anxiety can cause twitches and cramping... I'm watching my older brother die from ALS, and just recently, I've begun having annoying physical symptoms. Strange little twitches all over, almost irritating, like little tickly electrical shocks, especially after any exertion, and usually when resting. Tomorrow I go on vacation. Maybe if I have a break from my day-to-day reality facing this disease, the symptoms will go away. :-(
