7 years of fasciculations

Since 2015 I had fasciculations up to today I still have it. My neurologist ordered a surface EMG she found nothing but my fasciculation did not stop. I get weakness from time to time. My muscles always feel tired. I would just like to ask if my foot looks like atrophied or too thin? Thank you for your time.

i will note felling muscle fatigue is common in benign fasciculation syndrome. 7 years of twitching without failure or signs on emg surface or not would clear you anyway
