23 years old fear of als :(

I wanted to stay away from this forum but I'm terrified. I feel my throat stiff with tounge fasciculations, twitching all over my body, weakness on both arms and legs, confirmed denerviation on EMG by neurologist and it's only being less than 3 month since symtoms started can ALS develop this fast and in so many places?? . Any answers will be appreciated. Thanks

No, ALS does not start at all like you are describing. Please take your worries to a counselor and go get help for your health anxiety. This isn't the place to seek help for your anxiety.
