    vitamin patch

    Has anyone tried this? I just heard of these from a friend. I have trouble swallowing, and stopped trying to take a multivitamin anymore. The gummy ones are too sticky for my weak tongue, and the liquid kind makes me gag. A patch would be awesome. Are the patches legit?
