    Good news again at clinic

    For the first time in 19 months Serena shows no drop in her FVC, MIP or MEP! Her numbers where just what they where 2 months ago. They are still low but no drop was a relief.

    ok so i had my first clinic visit yesterday and the RT was a bit surprised at my inspiratory numbers. I have never had that measured before, and it was 50, 48, and 42 for the three tries. My Fvc was 115% and oxygen level 97. Those last numbers look great, right? So any thoughts on the mip...

    Pulmonary function test

    Hi.. I had pulmonary function testing done. All my lung volumes were good. My Mip and MEP numbers showed muscle weakness in the diaphram. Now, I have to get more testing done. Does anyone else with PLS have muscle weakness in diaphram? or is this a sign of ALS.... ? Thanks , ice cream lady
