I am angry right now, any noise is pissing me off, I'm snapping at everyone and I know I'm being unreasonable but I can't seem to stop snapping which means only one thing....a big, nasty , snot dripping ugly cry is creeping up on me and I so don't feel like going there right now....my daughter...
It was a bit of a dis-appointment. As in, he had no magic anti-spasticity, anti-fatigue bullet. But it was also reassuring in a strange way.
The physiatrist himself was wonderful, but he did not have the answers I was looking for. My goal was to find a way to reduce night time spasticity and...
We are once again in Yellowstone. We made reservations for this trip back in October of 2015, knowing that we could postpone, shorten, or cancel the trip if necessary. As departure time approached, I seriously considered postponing or cancelling the trip, but persevered with the preparations...

I've long been amused at how upset women can get when they show up to a function and see someone wearing a dress they own and looking better in it.
So today, Day 2 of ALS Public Policy Converency 2016, our dear friend Chally shows up wearing his clown gear (always a big hit, even without the...
We dropped Heidi off at my son's place and made it to the hotel last night. An old Air Force friend of mine who has MS is supposed to drive into DC with his wife to have lunch with us and (hopefully) get some inspiration from the guy with ALS. It's starting to look like a catch up on sleep day...
