Anyone see this or try it? Apparently Mass general thinks this is one of the more promising candidates.

Looks like to get into clinical trials in Houston one needs to be seen by one of the neurologists at the ALS clinic there. Appel is a 3-4 month wait, I dont know about Dr. Simpson.
Probably need to be seen at any center that is having trials.
Odd that we've not mentioned this since a year ago.
It appears That Genervon was quite pleased with the recent Phase 2a results, and the 'orphan drug' classification is, hopefully, hopeful! ;)

Greetings:
I need your opinions and input if possible. I have the opportunity to participate in a phase 2 clinical trial in either Gilenya or Rasagiline, and I don't know which one to give the edge to. My neurologist has given the thumbs-up to both. Any suggestions? Thanks very much.

Immediately upon being diagnosed I signed up for multiple clinical trials. Three rejected me because I was not close enough to their clinic, I met all of the inclusion criteria and failed none of the exclusion criteria. I understand that there are limited slots available and the clinics want...
I never really had a dad, I mean he was there physically but thats about it! About three years ago my mom met a man, a man who is now a very important person in mine and my kids' lives. He is the kindest most caring man that I have ever had in my life! I love him as if he were my dad...
For starting this subforum!
I am not sure how many of us there are here now. For those who don't know me I am Nikki. My family is a FALS family and we are c9orf72 which is the most common cause of FALS. C9 causes ALS and FTD either alone or together. It also causes progressive supranuclear...
