    My neurologist cannot rule out als

    I am in limbo right now. I have brisk reflexes and a positive Hoffman sign. I also have muscle atrophy in my right calf and right buttock with muscle weakness. I get fasiculations in my right leg and muscle cramps a few times a week. My emg is abnormal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
