    Should I be worried?

    ALS Fear and Strength Tests

    Simple cuestion. I you're afraid of having ALS and set some strength test in areas you consider weak and you're doing progression with such exercises ¿it could be considered as a good sign? That could be a good way of getting ride of ALS fear, no?

    If you are diagnosed with ALS, how long would you notice a change in your breathing? Would you notice that you are short of breath early on, or does it take time for this problem to develop?
