BFS is an unpleasant, nasty thing but much, much preferred over a motor neuron disease! If your EMG was clean, you cannot be diagnosed with ALS. A happy dance would be in order! BFS will not destroy your muscles.

Weezer, Very sorry to read of your diagnosis. ALS is a thief that never stops taking. A thing to do is to stay a step ahead of what is being taken next. Anticipate and prepare. Stay alive on this forum. There are people that can help you and people that can be helped by you!
