Weak and clumsy I meant

So I don’t really know what to think or hope. My back hurts 24/7 . My hands and right leg feel clumsy, stiff , wake and clum at the same time. It’s hard to walk the pain and overall fatigue it’s unbearable. I keep losing weigh unintentionally . I’m really scared.
